Ingredients:
1/4 ground beef
2 medium potatoes, peel and cut into small cubes
1 big white onion, cut into rings, the inner part diced for sauteing
1 large egg, beaten
salt and ground black pepper to taste
cooking oil
Preparation:
Saute onion in a nonstick pan.
Add ground beef after onion caramelizes.
Cook for about 5 minutes.
Add the diced potatoes.
Cook for another 5 minutes.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Remove from heat. Let cool.
Add beaten egg and mix well.
Line the onion rings in the pan.
Pack giniling and egg mixture to each ring.
Fry each side until brown.
Serve with ketchup and enjoy.
