Alright, it's red carpet alert again but there is a dress code this time. Buttocks and female breasts should be adequately covered. Now let's see who abides the rule during the awarding ceremony for the most outstanding people in the music industry.

Sexy and better than her sister's. The slit is acceptable.




The only thing that I like from Beyonce that night was her hair.
Look at that lovely ponytail.




And for the most expensive jewelry.. it's this $31 million diamond necklace which Carrie Underwood wore. She said it a "381 carats of gorgeousness" by Johnathon Arndt. She also won the Best Country Solo Performance for "Blown Away" that night.
