Weight and Waistline

This is another backlog post which I originally planned to publish a week ago. I took a photo of my tummy, measured my waistline and checked my weight using my pink weighing scale. I still have extra fats in my belly area so I am not that confident (yet) to show you a clear photo.

Here's my stat before going back to the gym and dieting in (I think) healthier way.

Weight: 54 kilos or around 119 pounds
Waistline: 31 inches

And below is my current.

Weight: 52 kilos or around 114 pounds
Waistline: 29 inches

As you can see, I did not lose a lot. That's because I stopped working on my goal during a week of vacation in the province. I came back to Manila to be back to my routine but, couldn't go to gym for a while due to rains and school work. Anyhow, I am happy with the results. Thanks to Persona Waist Shaper. I know that I will be able to reach my 26 inches waistline goal later on.

  1. Just keep on working to achieve your waistline goal! 2 inches off your waist isn't so bad! :) I'm sure in a few week's time, you'll lose another inch or two. I'm actually working out hard nowadays as well, hopefully we'll have 26-inched waist before Christmas :)

  3. i go to gym 5 days a week 1-2 hours minsan 4 days lang.just started doing that last month..its not easy for me to loose weight coz of PCOS but i feel good whenever i sweat,kasi sa bahay di ako napapagpawisan.kaya ito!hehe
