On Drew Barrymore Marrying Will Kopelman

When I was in high school, I watched this unforgettable movie titled Doppelganger with Drew Barrymore being the lead star. The story was a bit of a suspense and scary, but I really liked it that I remember I was sketching Drew's look (from the movie) a lot. From then on, I would even sign a slum book with Drew Barrymore noted as my favorite actress. She was twice married before, so the fact that she's expecting (a baby girl) and now married with the father of her child just made me smile. You know, I truly wish for her marriage to be forever.

Drew Barrymore married Will Kopelman, an art dealer, in an intimate simple garden-inspired wedding last Saturday at her home in Montecito, California. It was a Jewish ceremony with a chuppa and a rabbi as officiators. Drew wore a dress from a luxurious brand to which her new father-in-law was a former CEO-- Chanel.

In the photo: the Kopelman couple is seen snuggling while their bridal car, an old classic convertible Mercedes, was leaving the reception. Among their selected guests were her bestfriend Cameron Diaz and other celebrities like Reese Witherspoon, Busy Philipps and James Fallon.

"I love happy endings and believe in them most of the time."

  1. I should check out that film Doppelganger. My favorite child Drew Barrymore film was Firestarter, aside from ET of course. Also nice to read that Drew and Cameron Diaz are best friends.

  2. I really like Drew, and yes, she's one of those persons you really wish everything will turn out well for :) I've read that she had really tough times as a kid with drug addiction and stuff like that:p

  3. I like Drew, too! I watch more of her movies, especially the romantic comedy.

  4. I love Drew Barrymore. She reinvented herself and managed to rise from her juvenile problems. I couldn't be more happier that she's finally married and expecting a baby altogether. :) Plus her husband's quite a looker too.

Thanks for dropping by. Have a great day!
