A Look for Less of Kate Middleton's Issa Dress

The brightest star these days when it comes to fashion is no other than the Duchess of Campbrige. A lot of fashionistas look up to her when it comes to style, so I decided to come up with a look for for less of her outfits using Polyvore. Let me start with this Issa dress she wore last July 1, 2011 for the celebration of Canada Day in Parliament Hill on Ottawa.
