Basically, I do some sort of warm up before walking, jogging and running in a treadmill. After that, I do some crunches and muscle work out. Good for me that gym membership is free here in our community. The gym is small and crowded during the afternoon that's why I go only in the morning. Hoping to find a gym buddy to help me make my performance better, though. Most of all, looking forward to continue going to gym and later reach my goals.
