Sale Find of the Week: Cinched Empire Waist Top

I call this "the purple mommy blouse". I love it because I feel fab wearing it. The fabric is nice, though I'm not sure if it's silk or not. I wore this once for my lunch date with mommy bloggers at Trinoma.
